THE COMPOUND
Emerald Village residential compound has been developed for working executives and their families in a new and vibrant part of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The compound includes 31 luxury four-bedroom villas and 11 spacious two-bedroom apartments in a gated, lush, and tranquil community.

THE VILLAS
Emerald Village's 31 villas were designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Each villa has four bedrooms and has its own car parking space. Total built up area is 310 to 340 square meters per villa.
The ground floor consists of two living rooms (one for guest reception, the other for family usage), a dining room, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. The first floor includes another living room space for the family, a master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, and another two bedrooms with shared bathroom. The second floor includes a fourth bedroom, a laundry area, plus a spacious balcony looking onto the compound.
